  My parents have been on two overseas trips with Lyne and Chris and were planning a third - they had paid a deposit of $2,000.00 towards this . My parents are in their late 70s - my mother developed a Brain Tumor which has been operated on but they could not make the trip.They asked if the deposit could be transferred to a later trip but were told that the deposit was Non Refundable nor would they credit it to the next trip. Very Disappointing
